## What is Personalized Intelligence

Personalized Intelligence is the category of AI systems that do two things a chatbot does not: they take real actions on a user's behalf (sending an email, placing a phone call, controlling a physical device) instead of only producing text in a chat window, and they carry one memory of that person across everything they do.
